I have uploaded the required details and photos multiple times on the submission form and even gone to the inquiry form and heard nothing back, no email, no phone call nothing. There appears not to be a phone number.
Does anyone know how best to tackle this issue before I have to revert to BBB or something more ? I am happy to go to a store but I am looking to move my claim forwards.
Understood we are in COVID but that should not preclude any response from the warranty department.
