Cannot request an online return


I'm stuck in a loop. I'm trying to return some light strips, unused, that were not actually compatible with my system despite what Phillips said. When I click the button "return items" and put in my order number etc, I just get told my item was delivered. There is no button anywhere to actually start a return. I called customer service and no matter what branch I go down, I can't find returns. I tried saying return at every prompt and it just plays dumb.

Can someone please tell me what button to click, what link to follow, to actually return an item online? Not just read about the great return options I have on the CS page?

Hi Mathew952,

There is not an automated return option on line, you can call the 800 number 1-800-430-3376, option 2, the online associates will initiate your return and arrange for UPS pickup, or you can return the items to your nearest Home Depot store.
