Paint

Color name

I am trying to match a store's custom color match formula to a Behr Ultra paint color name in a manner similar to how one would with RGB or hex. I lost the one paint sample out of a dozen that we like for our exterior. I cut off a small chunk of the wood to match it, and the store provided me the following formula:
Base: 9850

CLRNT
0Z
384th

BL
0
260

CL
1
276

DL
1
36

Thanks!

Hey brickar,

Thanks for joining us here on the community.

The color name itself won't have one if the newest color match was just that....color matched. The formula itself can be manually entered into our paint system to now give you a larger quart, gallon, or even 5 gallon size to match what was color matched.

If you are really REALLY needing to try to match it to Behr's line of colors, I would suggest their Color Smart online samples to view online. They can give you a name (it may not be exact), but since this was a custom match, simply bring in the formula for any additional paint you need.
