Cook top range connectors

I need to reconnect a cooktop. The wire from the junction box is 8 ga 3 wire stranded and the cooktop has 10 ga. It originally had small crimps (not sure what type) with heat shrink. What would be a suitable connector? Would Ideal 2011s crimp connectors with a cap be okay?

Thanks!

Crimp connectors are certainly one acceptable option but make sure you use an actual crimping tool not a pair of pliers.

Thanks for the reply. With the cost of the crimper added to the connectors and caps, that's roughly $140. Would a wire nut type connector be suitable, like 3M B/G+?
