Delivery -- Measurements/Space

In order to get a new fridge into the house, it will need to be lifted over a gate/wall that is 4 feet high (because gate is too narrow for fridge dimensions).  According to your website, the fridge is 305 pounds.  Can the delivery employees do this?   Old fridge would also be removed.

I don’t work for the Home Depot but highly doubt anyone is going to lift a refrigerator over a 4’ fence. The risk of injury or damage is just too great. I would suggest contacting your local store for options.

Hi lhershon,

The delivery team will remove the doors if necessary to get your refrigerator inside, they cannot lift it over a gate or fence, (too heavy) and unsafe. Call the store where you purchased the fridge and discuss the options with them. They will contact the delivery team for any options you may have.
