For our Interior Paint Workshop
In this workshop you will learn how to:
First thing you want to tackle is the prep work, which is very important, this can’t be stressed enough. A drop cloth should be placed down to protect your floor or rugs. All cracks and nail holes should be filled with Dry Dex spackling using a putty knife. Sand down the spackling with a fine sand paper by 3M. Walls should be clean of any dust, dirt, grease, or grime. Clean any residual with a Tsp.
Once your walls are clean with TSP, tape off molding around windows and base board with 2 ½ masking tape. Use a 2 inch angled brush or edger for painting around the trim and molding. Shurline corner painter is the best tool for those challenging corners.
