Having trouble getting HD to process the 11% rebate offered for customers (rebate match with Menards).  Even though I comply with all the rebate requirements, almost every request I put through the online portal have been denied. 

Who can help me make sure these rebates are processed…Do I need to go into the store and have management help me? I have already checked with customer service of my local store,  and they say that I have complied with all of the requirements, yet my rebate requests are being denied.  Very frustrating to put in all the time on this and get denied.
