Hampton Bay Remote
My hampton bay remote will not turn the light off. The fan buttons work. But the light will not turn off. The LED light ligts up when i Press the button, but no response. have replaced battery still the same result. HELP!

I am attaching the information to the Hampton Bay Customer Service. I would advise that you have the model number ready when you contact them. They should be able to help you resolve your remote problem.
