Hampton Bay Remote Control

I have a Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan that is controlled exclusively with the remote control. Unfortunately my 2 year old has destroyed the remote. Where can I get a replacement remote? I cannot use the universal remote at the stores because they do not have the reverse button that is on my original. Please help.

Hi, Charles!

I can help you with this.

 

Please locate the silver or gold sticker on the top/side housing of the motor. You can either write the information down from it or take a picture of it along with the fan & email it back to me.

Our goal of asking you to find this sticker is to get the 12 digit (NO letters, all numbers) UPC from the sticker, which tells us which fan/model you have & which warehouse to order the remote made specifically for your fan.

 

When you get a chance, if you will send the information or pictures over so I can locate the remote for you.

Nicki,

I found my owner's manual on the fan. It is a Ansley 52" ceiling fan with remote control. The model number is 640-664 and the upc is 792145351443. Please let me know how I can order a replacement remote. I really apprecicate your time and help.

Hi Charles,

 

My name is Robert.  I work closely with Nicki (She is off today) but I received your reply to her and thought maybe I could provide you the info you needed.  By providing your UPC, I was able to find that Air Cool/TAL is the manufacturer of your fan and they will be able to assist you in ordering a new remote.  They can be contacted at (877) 902-5588 opt #1

Monday - Friday 10:30-8:00 EST.  They will need your UPC aswell, and you should be good to go.  Should you need any further assistance with this, please do not hesitate to reach out to Nicki or I.  We are here to help!  :)
