How to get Ecosmart warranty?

I have a Ecosmart LED 3pk of candelabra bulbs, 1001 718 897, UPC #693690568396, purchased 3/4/2017.

1 of the 3 bulbs has gone bad.  After being on a few minutes, it will start flashing and flickering.  How do I make a warranty claim on the bad bulb?

2 URLs on the box, www.homedepot.com/lightingfacts and homedepot.com/ecosmart go nowhere useful.

Google pointed me to https://wr.tcpi.com/, but when I select the UL number of the bulb, it says, "UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS NOT A TCP PRODUCT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST YOU WITH THIS CLAIM. PLEASE CONTACT THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR WARRANTY INFORMATION".  So here I am.

Bring the bulbs and your receipt into any Home Depot.
