Neo angle shower door

We have a neo angled shower in the home we recently purchased and the door is broke. One of the little pieces that hold the door to the side frame is broke so the door was hanging off the track. Is it possible to just replace the little piece that holds the door in the track? there are three of them and only one is broke. Thank you.

Hello kivare and welcome to the Community.

Posting a photo of your shower door would be very helpful because Home Depot caries a variety of Neo angle showers, with several different manufactures. If you know the manufacture of your shower, you could reach out to the manufacture for replacement parts.

If you do not know the manufacturer, I would suggest you visit the Home Depot web site and search for Neo-angle showers to determine which model you have.  After that has been determined, if you need further assistance please let us know.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi klvare,

Replacement parts are very difficult to come by as most manufactures do not offer replacement parts as the cost of seldom purchased parts is too expensive. As Char mentioned if you can determine the manufacturers  name and model number, we might be able to assist you. However it would be a long shot at best. I would suggest contacting a local glass shop, they often have generic parts which may work on your door. Also you could move the middle hinge to the top as a temporary fix until the appropriate part is found.
