Can you tell what it is? It has eyes!
I am trying to maintain an enjoyable flower garden and there is one plant not doing well. It seems to be falling apart and it tilted to one side. What could be wrong?
The rest of the garden seems to be ok.
Well...after I watered...I found out exactly what it was. Can you guess?
I'll give you the answer next week. Bye for now!
Hey G2G!
I'm going to wager a guess and say ... it's a newt.
As in my favorite witch's potion: whisker of walrus, pinch of puppy dog tail, and eye of newt.
Not exactly Love Potion #9, but a very effective motivator just as well!
NOTE: If not the eye of newt, probably some other referent from one of the Monty Python adventures!
A frog ? frogster ? frogy frogy ? froog? frogzilla? froglegstew? frogen das? frogger? frogmella?
Hey Grow2girl.....I actually dont like to look at it for too long ....but, I beleive that to be a horn-toad newt, the kind that wonder the gardens of Hogwart village.....watch out, those eyes of the newt, are highly prized, and may be sought out for a ingredient in a special recipe!
A teenage mutant ninja turtle lol
I've got a frog in my garden. He's been seen in a couple of places:
But he doesn't look like yours. I think yours is a toad!!
LawnRanger

YIKES!!!!THE BETTER TO SEE YOU WITH!!! YIKES AND YUCK!!!
Cute, ya got a leaf that looks like a leaf with a face on it. lol
Here it is...Looks like an Eastern American Toad.
It feeds on: slugs, earthworms, sowbugs, spiders, centipedes, millipedes and more. One adult toad can consume 10,000 pest insects in a 90 day period. I have seen him for a couple of months now and he must be working very hard. Each night he surfaces and hops to my front door to consume many bugs that are attracted to the light. Perhaps an alternative to chemicals if one had an insect or slug problem.
