damaged shipment.

Its a shame HD doesn't respond to emails. Very frustrating. 
But I have a damaged shipment. Very poorly packed. Order number  WA86761607

As I am sure you well know, the covid 19 virus issues has played havoc with all businesses. Reduced staffing and hours have resulted in less than ideal response times. How were your items shipped, Post Office? UPS? Fedex?

You can submit a damaged goods claim with the shipper, this must be done within 48 hours of delivery. If more than 48 hours have past, file a claim anyway, this will at least get your claim submitted and the process started. Since you ordered on line, order replacements and you can return the damaged items to your local HD store within 180 days.
