Hi jlb55,
Welcome to The Community and thanks for the great picture!
The hanging baskets are Wave Petunias that are known for their continuous blooms and easy maintenance.
These are Wave Petunias that we grew at our corporate office at The Home Depot.
The shrubs down in front appear to be Autumn Royalty Azaleas. They are Encore Azaleas that bloom twice every growing season.
Of course, I could be mistaken, because there are so many different types of beautiful azaleas!
