1 year garden return policy and price difference

Hello, I purchased a set of plants from the Garden Center on sale last year. Unfortunately some of them didn't make it to the 1 year guarantee. Am I able to do a straight exchange for a new one (of the same plant?). There may be a price difference, and the return policy doesn't specify if the exchange is honored regardless of variance in price, so long as its the exact same plant and size.

The usual way to return a plant under warranty is to bring the dead plants and receipt(s) to the returns desk. Next they would give you your money back in whatever media type it was purchased.

After that you could purchase the same plant, a different plant, or whatever you want.

So the good news is you start over so you don't have to get a plant that was not a good fit for you.

happy growing,
Coach Dave
