Account temporarily locked and can't put in applications.

When trying to reset my password for brassring it gives the message "Your account has been temporarily locked. Please try again later." with no option to unlock it. I've really wanted to join the Home Depot community, any help would be much appreciated, I tried calling in to my local store and they told me they couldn't do anything about it.

Thanks for your question and welcome to the community.

Since you've posted this question, you technically have joined the How-To Community. No local store will have information to troubleshoot your account. 

Have you checked with's customer care phone number?

They can be reached at 1-800-430-3376. I've personally found that the reset my password can be solved by using another web browser as well. But, contact them first to get to the bottom of your issue.
