Ceiling fan lights do not fully turn off

I have a Home decorators 52 in Senze ceiling fan model 24816014. The issue is that the lights do not fully turn off using the remote, they stay on at a dim level like a night light. This means that you cannot use the fan without having a dim light also on. Do you have any thoughts on this . Its like a small amount of current is sneaking through even though the remote is supposed to be off. I dont see it a s an actual remote problem, I think the wiring is off or the receiver on- off switch in the light is faulty. Do you have any thoughts or solutions on this ?

Thanks

Hey dippy.

Remove the LED lightbulbs from the fan and put in Incandescent or halogen bulbs and see if the problem corrects itself. My ceiling fan does the same thing with LED'S in it.
