Deck Joist Issue

Hi - I am replacing my deck boards and ran into an issue.  The deck runs 21 ft so I am using 20 ft boards and plan on cutting 1 ft boards at the ends which will be covered by a grill, furniture, etc.  The joists at the 20 ft point looks like the picture below.  I am trying to determine how to run the boards to this joist in order to butt them together.  ICan I nail a sister joints to each of these?    It's kind of hard to explain but you can see that if i ran to one joist and butted the boards, they would be un-even as i move up the deck.  Thanks !

You'd be better off to use 2-3 boards about the same length and sister joint those. Look at this post for an example:

Also, notching the beam or the joists wouldn't be recommend. You weaken the member you've notched.
