Electric Stove delivery -3 prong socket

We are looking at a new Amana electric range.  Our kitchen has a 3 prong plug in the wall, and its not clear what cord the Amana uses (http://www.homedepot.com/p/Amana-4-8-cu-ft-Electric-Range-with-Self-Cleaning-Oven-in-White-Replaced-Model-AER5830VAW-AER5630BAW/204218893)  Since the delivery guide indicates that both 3 prong and 4 prong are acceptable will the delivery personnel be able to adapt a 4 prong into a 3 prong socket?

Current code calls for a 4 wire circuit that includes a separate equipment ground.  But that would require replacing the wiring for the circuit so older 3 wire circuits are "grandfathered" so you can use a 3 prong plug.  The installer can make the necessary changes to the wiring on the range and install the correct cord.

I don't know how Home Depot does it but it might be something to mention at order time.  I know that Sears wires the range at the warehouse so all the installer needs to do is plug it in.
