Fixing PondMaster submersible pond pump

E160713 8C99 Model 7 pond pump.  The unit gets warm to hot to touch when plugged in, but the impeller doesn't spin.  I bought this about 2 years ago.  I know with my old pump, which was the same model, I could remove the impeller from the cavity, but I can't get this one out.IMG_0596.JPGIMG_0597.JPGIMG_0599.JPG

Hello jugghayd and thank you for joining The Community.  We are glad that you are here.

Thank you for including such great photos in your post!

I spoke to Danner Manufacturing about your PondMaster Model 7 pond pump with the impeller that you cannot remove.  Since the unit was purchased less than three years ago, it is still under warranty.  As long as the cord is still attached and not cut or altered in any way, the manufacturer needs you to send it to them so they can repair or replace it.

Danner Manufacturing can be contacted at (631) 234-5261 to help you with your stuck impeller.

Best wishes with your project.

I sent the pump to Danner Mfg. and since it was still under warranty, they sent back a new pump.  Thanks for the help!
