Globe for a ceiling fan

I recently broke the glass globe to my Hampton Bay ceiling fan.  I went in to my local Home Depot to see if the model is still available, but it is not currently one of the floor models.  I was wondering, first, how I can find out the model/make of the fan that I own, and secondly, how I might go about getting a replacement globe for my fan?

Thanks,

Hello Utah_skibum,

Welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear that one of the glass globes broke on your ceiling fan.

All you have to do to find the model and UPC numbers for your fan is locate the information sticker that is located on the top of the motor housing of the fan. Once you have those numbers written down the next step is to call the Hampton Bay Customer Service line. They will assist you in getting the replacement globe for your fan.

Here is the contact information for Hampton Bay Customer Service.

This should get your fan back in tip top shape.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I would love to help.
