Hampton Bay Winward IV ceiling fan light stopped working.

Purchased in 5/2012, and the lights "flickered" from initial operation when fan was on.  Two weeks ago, the light went out completely although the remote control says it is 100% light "ON".  New light bulbs didn't work either.  Fan still functions fine (wobbles a bit).  What can we do to resolve this problem?  Thanks

Good morning, RBN!

Our Hampton Bay customer service team can help you with this, but they will need the 12 digit UPC (looks like 123456-123456), is found on a sticker on the top of the motor housing (also on receipt & barcode on box). I've attached a picture of the sticker the UPC/SKU is on so you can find it easily.

Please give our Hampton Bay team a call after you locate this information, they will help troubleshoot & assist with placing a part order if it is determined that a part is needed to resolve.
