Hampton Bay fan lights don't work

I installed the Hampton Bay fan AC 527  sku 589 382 about 4 years ago.  The lights don't work.  It takes 3 candelabra style bulbs.  In the past, I've been able to jiggle a wire near the bulbs and it's worked.  Now that doesn't do it.  Any suggestions?
