Hello HD team!
We have the Hampton Bay ceiling fan below which was removed when we sold our home.
Unfortunately, we have lost the mounting bracket to attach to ceiling and must have been lost in the moving shuffle.
Would you please help us find the appropriate mounting bracket so we can install it in our new home?
Currently, the only thing left at the top is a round, black, steel collar with 2 side screws on it.
Sorry, I forgot to also ask for your assistance in obtaining the User Manual / Installation guide for this fan....preferably in PDF format.
Hi thanks for your question. If the fan is a Hampton Bay contact customer service at 1-800-841-1350. You will need the UPC# located on the top of the fan. The model number and serial number you provided doesn't seem to come up.
Up load a picture of the fan if possible.
Home Depot does sell an universal hanger bracket but only in white. It can be painted though. It is located with the lamp parts in most stores. I hope this helps. Stukas

We have also lost what I believe is called a mounting bracket for our Hampton Bay indoor/outdoor fan. We were relocating it on an outside deck. It is black with a green wire attached. Where can we get a replacement. We have three of these fans on our lower deck and two on our upper deck so it was easy for me to take pictures. I'll attach two of the pictures. Please advise where I can get this bracket. Thanks!
Hey rmhertz. Welcome to the Community!
I think that your bracket looks just like this one, stocked at homedepot.com:
Clicking on the above picture will take you directly to this SKU on homedepot.com.
You may find that this is also available at your local Home Depot store. Check out the Pick Up in Store button to see if it is carried in your area.
If you are looking for a different accessory, click here to access the entire Ceiling Fan Accessories catagory.
I hope this helps,
The bracket listed above by NewF will not work for a flush mount installation. It is not the same as the Hampton Bay part that was supplied with the ceiling fan.
I am in the same situation and find it bizarre that Home Depot sells one mounting bracket but it is not fully compatible with their brand of ceiling fans.
Hello GMiller4. Welcome to the Community!
The other above posters were looking for a mounting bracket that is used in a downrod fan installation.
You are correct that Home Depot stores do not sell flush mounting brackets.
In order to get the correct part for a flush mount fan, you could call our Hampton Bay Customer Support Team.
