Hi Emerson60,

Rattles are caused by loose or warn out parts.

Your machine has a spring suspension, counter weights and a shock absorber.

Any of these components could be lose from wear and tear, broken or even missing.

Front loaders are typically more difficult to repair than top loaders, but a diyer can do the job.

Go on line and search by your model number. You will be able to view a schematic of your machine and see the components I have mentioned here.

Several of the online parts suppliers will assist you in troubleshooting your washer.

If you can't solve the problem yourself, you can always call an appliance repair service.
