Help with kitchen cabinets

I have an older home and the side if the kitchen with the sink is only 9'8" (116"). We are buying a new oven that is 30" wide and a new dishwasher that is 24" wide. That leaves 62" in the middle left for the sink area.. I know
they make 60" premade sink cabinets, and that would leave 2". Does that sound right? Thanks.

Hey Nick, I'm Blake from the California office. I thought rather than tell you what I thought, I could show you.

I think that if your cabinet is not "U" or "L" shaped the best idea would be to put a one inch filler piece on either side of the sink-base cabinet. This would give you a cleaner look than a 2 inch filler on one side of the cabinet. However if you have an L shaped you definitely want to pay close attention to any spacing you may need to do in the corner.

If you have any other questions or concerns you know where to find me! :smileyvery-happy:
