Beautiful addition MomOrr,

TileLab Penetrating Sealer is an excellent choice when sealing both tile and grout.

TileLab also offers topcoat in matte or gloss ... designed for application directly over the sealer.

Simply brush or roll across the floor (or from the top down on a wall), eliminating drips as you go.

Complete your process of cleaning the grout haze off with a tile sponge and fresh water.

Usually, I wipe the tile three times and allow it to dry and haze back over so I can see how much haze remains to be removed.

After the haze is removed and the tile is dry, apply two coats of TileLab Sealer and follow that with two coats of your sheen of choice.

These products are labeled "Tile and Grout Sealer," so it should be applied to both ... not just the grout lines.

Hope this helps,

Pat InPaint
