Hello Max172.  Welcome to the Community!

Kawneer manufacturers commercial aluminum doors and structures.  The door locks will often be made by another company.  Best Access from Stanley Security Solutions is a common example.  The lock cylinder may have a pair of screws on the inside that separate the inner and outer halves of the lock, but more likely a threaded ring, also on the inside, which requires a spanner wrench to loosen and allow lock removal.  Often the lock cylinder itself is also threaded into the lock body.  Pictures would help greatly here, although this work is often done by a locksmith, as commercial key control is more closely guarded than home security locks.  The Home Depot does not sell these commercial locks.
