Hi 38,

When more than one drain on the same line is slow the issue if often the vent.

Each drain line has a vent to allow the air to escape when water runs down the drain.

If the vent is blocked the air can't escape creating a vacuum  and the water is prevented from draining until some air escapes.

Turn a pop bottle filled with water up side down and you will see what I mean.

The vent system exits at the roof, and the best method is to snake the vent line from the roof down to the main sewer line.

If you do not have access to the roof  or are not able to get up there, call a plumber to do the job.

Once the vent is clear, your plumbing troubles should go down the drain.
