I have a ceiling fan I want to mount to a concrete ceiling. What is needed? I would also like to camouflage the wires.

Hello wolffmichael!

Tapcon Masonry Anchors come with a masonry drill bit exactly the right size to pilot holes in concrete.

Several sizes make this a simple, relatively quick way to position and support you ceiling fan.

I didn't ask about the weight of your fan ... check with your Hardware Associate to make certain this anchor will support your fan.

If you have any doubt, there are much stronger Red Head Wedge Anchors.

CAMO WIRES:

I love the idea to camo wires ... essentially matching the wires to the ceiling, using exposed beams or AC tubes to hide the wires, or using ready-made wire channels that attach to the ceiling.

In the Electrical Department, Wiremold sells a variety of channels designed specifically to cover wires.

Simply be creative!

Walk through The Store with a knowledgeable Associate and together you should find several other options.
