How do I replace the little plastic doohickies that keep a window screen from falling out?

How do I replace the little plastic doohickies that keep a window screen from falling out? Do you sell those little cylindrical plastic pieces? what are they called?

Howdy Janders,

 

 

There are many "doohickies, thing-a-majigs, and whatchamacallits" out there. While there is no standard clip, there are what is considered most common and here are three to get started with. If you don't see the one that your looking for, check out our window screen hardware pages to find the right one for your window screens.

These panel clips are constructed from white nylon. They feature a ball tip for easy turning and the flush design keeps them out of sight. They are used to attach your storm window panels to storm doors.

This screen door roller is constructed from nylon. It features a narrow offset grooved design. It includes a nylon bushing and easily mounts to the bottom of your screen door.

These Prime-Line Products 7/16 in. Plastic Screen Clips (8-Pack) are used to secure window screen frames to windows. These clips feature a gray finish.

Or are you talking about these things?  I found them using a Google search for "screen pins".
