Hello taylornicole8640 and welcome to the Community.

It is not practical to change an outswing door to an inswing door.  You would have to replace the jambs and an inswing threshold.  You would have recut the hinges and the door lock catch.  Then re-install the slab trying to make it hang plumb, square, and seal properly.

You would be better off buying a new pre-hung inswing door and installing that.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hello taylornicole8640, Char is right, replacing the door completely!

I work in the Doors & Windows department at the Home Depot and every door we carry in stock is an inswing door, so you should have no problems finding a door, unless you need a custom size, in that case we can order is for you. Just bring in your rough opening width and height, also how want the door to swing. Take a picture of what you have now, it always helps.
