Hello Djoris.  Welcome to the Community!

What kind of screw?

If it's a slotted head screw, then a flat blade like a pocket knife blade, or a pair of scissors might work if inserted at a angle.  Same might work for a phillips head screw, but the tool will need to be fairly small.

I think it is a mix between a cross and a philips, it is a screw in an very old chair.. A knife or scissors doesn't fit. However I managed to temporarily fix the problem by hamerring a long nail into the chair.

A butter knife is the classic solution for a flat head screw.  Any kind of cruciform (+ shaped) head might be able to be loosed with an appropriately shaped flat tool if it isn't in very tight.  Beyond that, you're really going to need a screwdriver.
