How to add doors to already made wall shelves?

When we moved into our house, there was some shelves on the wall which we put books on. Over the years, we kept adding stuff to the shelves and at this point, when we enter that room, the shelves look so unorganized!  Is there such thing as pre-made doors we can buy to cover the shelves up and only see the mess when we open the doors?

The shelves are mounted on a wall from the ceiling to the floor.

Hello T and welcome to the How to Community.

T quick answer to your question is YES there is such thing as pre-made doors and YES you can absolutely buy them from us if you wish to.:)

These doors are available via special order thru a number of our kitchen vendors and are designed to be replacement or an upgrade to the line of special order or stock cabinets we sell in our stores.

To add cabinet doors to already made wall shelves you would need to nail a series of vertical side rails first. Rails (Filler) can be ordered to match the finish of the doors.

These nailers would serve as an attachment point for the doors and also as a door stop as well. Note that doors are available in custom sizes; however, you may want to consider rearranging your shelves to stay within more affordable stock sizes.

Hope this helps.
