Hello tracy9120, Welcome to the Community.

Often floors that washing machines sit on are not flat and this can affect the operation of the machine, causing it become unbalanced and malfunction.  That is why it is important to make sure your washer is level and stable.

I believe you are asking about how to level your washing machine?  If so, you can adjust the level of the machine by turning or screwing the legs in or out, raising one or more corners, as needed.  Start with the legs screw in as far as possible and make adjustments one corner at a time.  Use a level on top of the machine, to determine how much adjustment is needed to each leg to make the washer stable.  Check for level on top surface, side to side and front to back.  It should not wobble or rock.

It is NOT a good idea to put wheels on a washing machine.
