How to cover bathroom floor that is part concrete and part wood

We removed a tub and vanity and ceramic tiles in upstairs bathroom. Bemeath tiles was very uneven concrete. Where the tub was we have replaced with plywood. Now the floor is part concrete and part plywood. How do we fill transitional gaps and what do we use to pull the whole thing together and cover, before we install vinyl plank flooring? Thanks
