Insulating basement

I have a basement that is framed and insulated with fiberglass, then a vapor barrier.

Do I need to tear down the framing and put up foam board first?  I have no sign of mold on the insulation that has been there 20 years.  I am finishing it with drywall.

if there is no sign of mold or any water damage after 20 years i would say it is perfectly fine to install your sheetrock right over the vapor barrier.  there shouldnt be any need for all that extra work of assing foamboard then rebuilding the walls.
