Is it easier or harder to install a .375 inch floating click-lock wood floor than one that's 7/16?

Is it easier or harder to install a .375 inch floating click-lock wood floor than one that's 7/16 inches? Is there any reason I might want to choose one over the other? I have a cement slab, and want to put in close to 1,000 sq feet of flooring myself.

.375 is 3/8" or 1/16" less than 7/16".  Theres a lot more to consider than just the thickness of the flooring but from an installation perspective one isn't going to be any more difficult to install than the other.
