Just installed new ceiling fan with light kit, Not working correctly

I just installed a new Hampton Bay Fan with light kit, replacing a fan with no light kit. After installation I turned on the switch to Hi and and Fan and Light. I turned to Med and no light and fan was slow turned to low and the light tried to come on very dimly and fan moved but barely. I only have 2 wires run to the fan from the switch and have no way of adding 3rd wire to get a 3 wire switch, I would at least like to be able to have light on all 3 speeds and have all 3 speeds work correctly.

I have also tried a different wall switch and reversed the wires coming into switch. When I disconnect blue lighting wire the fan will run in all 3 speeds correctly from wall switch.

Our Hampton Bay customer service team can be reached at 1-877-527-0313 & they will be able to assist you to resolution. They will ask you to locate the 12 digit UPC number from the top of your fan or instruction booklet. I've attached a picture of the sticker her for your ease of locating.
