Home Depot is remodeling my kitchen cabinets with granite countertops.  Cabinets front to back  24" cabinets.  We want to install an undermount stainless sink,  on single faucet, nothing else.  What is the max sink depth is practical  (18.5") ?

Hey gopher1,

Thanks for your question and welcome to the community.

Traditionally, most undermount kitchen sinks you'll see in the market generally aren't deeper than 10 inches.

While having a deep sink is ideal for multiple pots and pans, it can be difficult for smaller folks in the home to reach over and down to clean plates.

You have to remember that generally undermount sinks already give you about 2 inches depth for a start. So unless you want a deeper sink, you typically will find them no more than that 10 inch size.

For a deeper size, you can always special order through your local Home Depot store's Kitchens department.

Let us know if you have any further questions,
