Light Bulb Nightmare

I'm renting a house that has a Hampton Bay fan installed, and on it, there are 4 light bulbs.  These bulbs burned out months ago and have stayed that way because I cannot for the life of me find a bulb that fits in the socket.  I've taken the old ones in with me and compared, to no avail.  I have no manual for it (it came with the rented house), and I'm not sure where to get a UPC off of it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm not sure my security deposit covers me ripping this thing out of the ceiling.

Hi, Frank.

I can help you locate the UPC so we can reach out to the support line for the details on the bulb requirements.

The 12 digit (all numbers) UPC is located on a silver/gold sticker on the top of the fan motor. If the fan is close to the ceiling you may need to use a mirror to read it or take a picture of it with your phone for ease of collecting the number.

I've attached a picture of the sticker so you should be able to recognize it easily.

Please email me the UPC once you find it so I can get you to the support line.

Thanks!
