Hello HeidiC1!

Gotta love the idea of repairing trim damaged by your dog.

However, it is typically much easier to replace than repair!

If you would like to try repairing, use Elmer's Wood Filler and a putty knife.

Art trowels might help as well ... reshaping lines into the wood filler as it dries.

If you want a quicker, easier solution, your Millworks Associate can help you match the trim.

Then simply remove the damage and replace with new.

Your repair will look perfect ... almost as if no damage ever occurred.

NOTE:

Painting before installing the new trim will leave only nail holes to fill and touch-up.
