Order tracking

I was recently sent an email informing me my order has shipped. However the link to tracking info gives a 404 error (file or directory not found). The tracking section of the email says "Carrier not specified" and the tracking number is a 9 digit number that ends in "B". How can I use this info to track this order?

Hello Chemboy, 

If you are The Home Depot Pro member, I would say that purchase tracking of Pro Xtra account allows you to keep organized list of all your purchases that dating back for last 2 years.

This feature is amazing and very easy to use, you can see step instructions here.
