I am painting the soffit in my kitchen in Precious Metals paint. I know it says to use a roller, but it's a small, long area and I am wondering if using a brush would be ok. The soffit is about 12 inches from the ceiling. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Kareval!

In a small area, you can use the white foam roller in the Tiny Trim-It Kit.

This roller is about three inches long and should reach into your available space very easily.

When trying to obtain a smooth finish with any of our products, I commonly recommend one of the three variations of the white foam roller ... the other two are cigar rollers in four-inch and six-inch sizes.

These tools create the smoothest application of any painting tool we sell.

The trick to painting with these tools is to keep plenty of paint on the roller.

So, while painting, go back to the tray often to re-wet the roller.
