The door should have a coat of factory finished enamel that by now has oxidized and become chalky, so - you will need to wash the doors with TSP, rinse with clean water and let dry.

I suggest using the BEHR Marquee paint in a semi-gloss finish - matched to  the color to your existing trim.  The Marquee is a paint and primer combination product that I have used to paint over similar material and have had great results.

BEHR MARQUEE 1-gal. #PPU7-9 Aged Beige Semi-Gloss Enamel Exterior Paint

If you prefer to use another product, then prime the surface with an oil based primer like Coverstain for maximum bonding to the surface of the garage door. Apply a coat of semi-gloss paint matched to your existing trim color.

Zinsser 1-gal. White Cover Stain Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer

Use a small roller to apply two coats of paint to the garage door. Make sure you move the door up and down as the paint is drying to avoid the panels from sticking together.
