Has your home been painted before, or do you still have the original walls from the manufacturer? Moble home manufacturerer's often use faux wood or wallpaper wall materials. This is a type of plastic which is bonded directly to a sheathing panel, either wood or drywall.. If this is the case, you should prime the walls first with a dedicated primer such as Glidden's Gripper, Zinssers's 123 or Behr's Number 75 primer. These all give excellent adhesion to plastic type surfaces. This primer can be tinted toward your finish color. Tinting wll assure that you get great coverage in only one finish coat.

Since you will have already primed, you can use either Behr's Premium Plus or Premium Plus Ultra as your finish coat paint. Sheen is largely a matter of how much wear a paint is subjected to and personal taste as to how shiney the walls are to be. In general, the more shine, the more washable and scuff resistant is the paint. If  kids and pets are not part of your household, a flat paint can be perfectly acceptable, otherwise, you might consider an eggshell or satin in general living areas.

Hope this has helped.
