Possible to use extended warranty without receipt?

we purchased a GE washer & got the extended warranty, but have lost the receipt. I called the 800 line & visited the "other" website, but neither is of any use without a receipt.

Where did you purchase your GE washer and dryer?  If you purchased it at a local store, contact them and request a duplicate receipt. If you purchased your appliances online, contact 1-800-455-3869 to request a duplicate receipt. 


In either case, the associate should be able to provide the information needed from the receipt to process the extended warranty.  Once you have the receipt, keep it a safe place for future reference.

If you purchased your GE washer before 6-1-11 you can call the Home Depot Store you purchased it from ask a customer service person to look up your purged order under your phone# or call customer care at 1-800-654-0688.  If you purchased it after 6-1-2011 your warranty is automaticly registered under the phone number you use when you made your purchase and you should call 1-855-844-3377.


This should help you claim your warranty.
