seanwaltz,

Thank you for your question and welcome to our community.

To accomplish your project, you will need to do some preparation to your natural gas stove before you make the transition to propane.  Just like the conversion of a propane BBQ to a natural gas BBQ, the orifices will need to be changed out as well as the regulator.  Once this has been done, it is best to have a service person come out and adjust the burners to obtain a proper burn.

Be sure to check with the manufacturer to see if there is a conversion kit available.  To retain the warranty on your stove, the manufacturer will probably require that the change out be performed by a licensed technician.

Remember that it is extremely important that the orifices be changed out since natural gas is at a much lower pressure than the propane will be and as a result, the orifices on the natural gas stove will be much of a much larger diameter than the ones for a propane stove.  If you do not use the correct size orifices, the result could be a fire hazard and be very dangerous.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
