Shift Fireplace Placement

Hi All,

We've had this awkwardly placed fireplace in our house for a while and we're trying to decide what we should do about it.  It sits in the corner of a living room flush against the wall.  The chimney is in the very corner, so the flue is already angled along the wall at 30 degrees to reach the rest of the straight segment.  I've included the original blueprint as well as desired layout.  My question is would this be a difficult/expensive project to simply mov everything over to a 45 degree angle?
