Swinging Porch Bench Holder

I am looking to build a swinging porch bench holder sort of like in the picture. How much would it cost if it were from good material just not Oak?master-WC014.jpg

Oak is a good wood but not necessarily the best choice for outdoor use.  Other options would include redwood, western red cedar, and cypress plus a host of tropical hardwoods like teak and ipe.  Without plans it would be a little hard to estimate how much wood you would need and prices for lumber can vary widely depending on quality (most woods come in a number of quality grades) and geographic location (redwood, for example, is a little cheaper on the west coast).

Thank You for the suggestions. Redwood is a good wood and I think I am going to use that one.
